Axon Command ("we", "us", "our") provides a trucking fleet-management application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, company name, phone number, and carrier identifiers (DOT / MC numbers) that you provide when creating an account.
- Operational data — trips and loads, vehicle details, fuel stops, expenses, maintenance records, and reports that you enter into the App.
- Documents — images and files you upload or scan (for example receipts, permits, and paperwork).
- Camera & photos — when you scan a document, images are captured for the sole purpose of storing that document in your account.
- Location — approximate or precise location, when you use navigation, nearby-stop, or weather features. Location is used only to provide those features and is not sold.
- Payment information — subscription billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles payment data under its own security standards.
- Usage & device data — basic technical information needed to operate the App and diagnose problems.
How we use your information
- To provide and operate the App and its features.
- To process your subscription and confirm payment status through Stripe.
- To generate the reports, summaries, and AI assistant responses you request.
- To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- To secure accounts and prevent fraud or abuse.
Service providers we share data with
We share limited data only with trusted providers that help us run the App:
- Stripe — subscription payments and billing.
- Amazon Web Services (S3) — secure file and document storage.
- Abacus.AI — powering AI assistant and document-understanding features.
- OpenWeather / Valhalla / OpenStreetMap — weather and truck routing information.
- Resend — transactional emails.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you may cancel your subscription at any time from within the App or the Stripe billing portal. To make a request, email [email protected].
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children
The App is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
