Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Axon Command application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Axon Command provides tools for trucking fleet management, including trip and load tracking, expense and fuel logging, document storage, reporting, and an AI assistant. Features available to you depend on your active subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions & payment

• Access to paid features requires an active subscription, billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Access is granted only after payment is confirmed by Stripe, and continues for as long as your subscription remains in good standing.
• If a recurring payment fails, access to paid features may be limited until payment is successfully completed.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the App to you.

6. AI features

AI-generated responses and summaries are provided for convenience and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying important information (such as compliance, tax, and financial data) before relying on it.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axon Command is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
