Is Axon Command a full TMS, or just a driver app? +
Both. Axon Command is a full transportation management system — dispatch, loads, settlements, documents, compliance and reporting — delivered in a mobile-first app you can run from the cab. It's your system of record, not a stripped-down driver companion.
Who is it for — owner-operators, or larger fleets too? +
Owner-operators and small-to-mid-size fleets. The fleet dashboard, vehicle tracking and per-truck tools scale from a single truck up to multi-truck operations.
Is the ELD FMCSA-registered and compliant? +
Preventive maintenance and ELD tools are part of the Premium plan. For the current FMCSA registration status and compliance details for your operation, please contact our team and we'll confirm before you rely on it.
Can I import loads and documents from my current TMS? +
When you set up your operation you can add trucks, drivers, trailers and loads, and scan or upload existing paperwork straight into the Document Vault. For bulk migration from another TMS, contact our team and we'll help you move your data.
Who owns my data, and can I export it if I leave? +
You do. You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload (see our Terms). You can access your records in the app at any time, and you can request a full export of your data by contacting support.
Does the AI document scanner work with BOLs, rate cons and invoices? +
Yes. The AI scanner reads Bills of Lading, rate confirmations and invoices — capturing the key details and filing them into your Document Vault automatically.
How does IFTA reporting work — is it filed for me or prepared for me? +
Axon prepares IFTA-ready reports for you. The fuel purchases and mileage you log roll up into quarterly, tax-ready summaries you (or your accountant) can file. Axon does not submit returns to jurisdictions on your behalf.
What happens after the 3-day free trial? +
After your 3-day free trial, your plan continues at $79.99/mo (Standard) or $149.99/mo (Premium), billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged. No contracts, no setup fees.
